A marketing partnership is like any other relationship and it requires a level of trust and mutual responsibility. To create an effective strategy and execute marketing that works, we need to know all about your business and your customers.
Over a series of meetings at our place and yours, we build a comprehensive picture of your business and the needs and wants of all stakeholders. How you do things today, what's working, what isn't and where you'd like to be in the future are crucial pieces of information that will help us determine the best course ahead.
But it's not just your opinions we need, we will also find out what your customers think of you. By identifying areas of strength and potential weak spots, we'll help you deliver a consistently great customer experience and turn your customers into advocates
Coming up with a plan.
Now that we know a bit more about you and your company, we start to define the message you need your clients to hear and a strategy to deliver that message in a compelling way.
When your marketing follows a defined strategy, each new item is able to leverage from the last and we can build. Ad hoc, reactionary marketing without a strategy, where you "just need a brochure for this exhibition" is a hit and miss affair. We like to follow a plan, and it's better for you too.
Colours, typefaces and photographic style are determined here for your approval but before we put pen to paper (or hand to mouse) we make sure we know the who, what, why and how of your business first.
It seems that every man and his dog can call themselves a designer these days. We've heard it all before, "my brothers nephew has a computer and a few software packages. I'll get him to design our stuff". It never quite works out. Elixir's designers are all award winning, multi disciplined professionals with the experience and ability to create visuals that work for your company.
Making it happen
With the design concepts approved, production begins as your new material is deployed. All media production, from print through web and video to exhibition stands is underpinned by a comprehensive scheduling and production workflow system meaning that nothing is left to chance.
Your job is tracked from the day it enters the studio right through until completion and delivery.
A strong partnership is built on mutual trust and responsibility. We know what we're doing, but we're not so egotistical as to think that everything we do is perfect. Every project completed at Elixir is subject to a review where we ask the tough questions.
Was the material as effective as it could have been? Could it have been better? What did the target audience think of it? We don't hide from criticism when it's justified. That's the difference between having partners and having clients.
